"Verd sobre groc" wins the EXPONATURA photo competition
The Department of Animal Biology, Plant Biology and Ecology (BABVE) has selected the winners of the EXPONATURA UAB 2024 photo competition, dedicated to nature and biodiversity.
The photo "Verd sobre groc" [Green on Yellow], by the Environmental Biology student Galdric Mossoll, was awarded first prize in the competition EXPONATURA UAB 2024 in an event held on Wednesday 12 June. The second and third prizes went to the photos "La pregunta" [The Question], by David Rull, and "Esporulant" [Sporulating], by Jordi Bartolomé.
The competition, open to all members of the UAB community, students, professors, researchers, alumni and PAS, forms part of the framework of the 9th Scientific Conference organised by the Department of Animal Biology, Plant Biology and Ecology at the UAB. A total of 188 photographs were submitted by 101 participants. The activity includes the collaboration of Altaïr, Som Aguait, Orlum and Abacus. The photographs will also be published online in a gallery by Cultura en Viu, with the support of the UAB Office of the Vice-Rector for Communication and Culture.
